Common Issues & Quick Fixes

1. The video freezes after a few seconds

Cause: The video was exported with a variable framerate (e.g. 25.12 fps).
Fix:

  • Export the video in H.264,

  • 480×480,

  • constant 25 fps,

  • Audio: MP3 (128 kbps).
Re-upload and safely eject the device before unplugging.

2. The screen stays black / nothing plays

Cause: Wrong file name or wrong folder.
Fix:

  • Create a folder named video

  • Place your file(s) inside

  • Use names like:

    • video.mp4

    • video (2).mp4

    • video (3).mp4
      Restart the sphere.

3. The sphere freezes at the end of the video

Cause: Missing keyframes or an incomplete file ending.
Fix:

  • Export again with constant framerate

  • Safely eject the sphere every time

  • If needed, add 0.5–1 sec of black screen at the end to smooth the loop.

4. Video plays in slow motion / audio out of sync

Cause: Unsupported audio format or VFR video.
Fix:

  • Audio must be MP3, not AAC

  • Video must be constant 25 fps
    Re-export and replace the file.

5. Multiple videos won’t play in order

    or
