HeartVision Return Policy

We want you to love your MemoryOrb. If there’s a problem with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it.

Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted with a valid reason (e.g., damaged or defective product).

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • You must contact us via our contact form before returning the product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
